We process your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.

2. What data we collect

Full name, e-mail address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off address, date and time of travel, flight number (optional), number of passengers and any note you provide.

Technical data: consent record for cookies, language preference. Analytics and marketing data are only processed if you give consent in the cookie banner.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Booking and providing the transfer service — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Sending the booking confirmation and price quote by e-mail — performance of a contract.

Accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Analytics and marketing cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients

Our drivers and transport partners performing your transfer, our e-mail and hosting providers acting as processors, and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

Booking data is kept for the duration of the service and then for up to 10 years where required by accounting and tax legislation. Consent records are kept for up to 2 years.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise your rights write to info@libertyschool.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).

7. Cookies

Only strictly necessary cookies are used without consent. Analytical and marketing cookies are loaded only after your explicit consent, in line with § 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. You can change your choice anytime via the “Cookies” link in the footer.
